Claritythroughperspective.
A space to pause, see your pattern, and find what's next.
You've been going in circles.
You've tried everything you know how to try. Something needs to change, you just can't see what.
“I know something needs to change, but I can't figure out what.”
“I've read the books, done the journaling. I'm still going in circles.”
One session.
Designed to end.
Up to 60 minutes, one to one, with a clear beginning, middle and end. It exists to help you name what's keeping you stuck, then leave with one thing to do about it.
You won't leave with more to think about. You'll leave with something specific.

After a session, something is different.
Not a promised transformation. A quieter, more useful kind of clarity, held in language you can return to.
A name for it
What's been keeping you stuck finally has a label, something you can see and work with.
One next step
Not a list. One clearly defined thing to do next, chosen because it fits your situation.
The pattern, identified
An understanding of why you keep circling the same thing, so it stops taking you by surprise.
Your session in writing
A written summary in your inbox within 24 hours. What surfaced, what it means, what to do.
Said out loud
The relief of articulating what's been sitting unspoken to someone neutral, with no stake in the outcome.
A sense of direction
Not clarity on everything. Clarity on the next move, which is the only kind that helps right now.
A simple path, held with care.

Within 24 hours: what surfaced, the pattern underneath it, and your one next step. Yours to keep.
You don't need to be in crisis. You need to be stuck, and ready to look at it properly.
This is for you if
- You're functional, not in crisis, but you've been stuck for a while.
- You've tried journaling, meditation, self-help. Still going in circles.
- You know something needs to change and can't work out what.
- You want one clear takeaway, not more things to think about.
This is not for you if
- You're in an active mental health crisis, or experiencing suicidal thoughts.
- You're dealing with active addiction.
- You're looking for therapy, psychological treatment, or a diagnosis.
- You want ongoing coaching or long-term support.
If you need support right now, please contact a crisis service.

The quiet details.
No. A session is a structured reflection conversation for healthy people who feel stuck. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. If you're experiencing a mental health condition, please speak with a qualified professional.
We spend up to 60 minutes working through what's keeping you stuck. You talk; I listen and ask questions designed to surface the pattern underneath the noise. By the end we've named what's happening and identified one clear next step.
A friend has their own perspective, a history with you, and a stake in the outcome. This is neutral, structured, and moves toward resolution rather than exploration. You leave with it in writing.
Often, yes. A session is designed to deliver something concrete in a single conversation. If you want to go deeper afterwards you can, but it's never required or expected.
On Zoom. Once you've chosen your time, the Zoom link is sent to you with the confirmation, and again as a reminder before we meet. You don't need a Zoom account to join.
A written summary in your inbox within 24 hours: what surfaced, the pattern we identified, and your one next step. Something to refer back to.
You can move your session once, free, with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't attend, the session counts as used. You can cancel any time before your session for a full refund. See the Terms for the full policy.
It began with time moving too fast.
BeyondThoughts began with Mayank's own journey through uncertainty, overthinking, and emotional noise. What helped him find his way back became the foundation for helping others find theirs.
For years, he carried a sense that life was moving faster than he could feel it. The breakthrough did not arrive as advice or ambition. It arrived in stillness, when he stopped performing calm and finally let himself meet what was underneath.
- 2014India
The first sign
At 14, Mayank began noticing something he could not explain. A whole school year had disappeared too quickly, leaving behind the quiet ache of having lived through it without fully being there.
- 2016Delhi
The pattern returns
In Delhi, the same unease returned. New city, new rhythm, same inner distance. What once looked like busyness began to reveal itself as a pattern he had not yet learned to name.
- 2021Uttarakhand
A quiet morning
One morning before dawn, he stopped trying to outrun his fear. He imagined the worst, then the best, then let both pass. With nothing to prove, his breath became a way back into the present.
- NowGermany
Built to travel
After sharing the method in college and later with people he met in German parks, he built BeyondThoughts so that kind of relief would not depend on one room, one city, or one phase of his life.
“Every time it stopped, it was not because it stopped working. It stopped because it depended on where I happened to be.”
What became the practice
A place to feel understood before anything needs to change.
- You speak plainly about what has been looping in the background.
- You are met without performance, pressure, judgment, or diagnosis.
- The conversation settles into breath, stillness, and one grounded next step.
BeyondThoughts is a wellness and clarity space. It is not therapy, and it is not for crisis care. It is for people who look okay from the outside, yet quietly feel far from themselves and want a clearer way back.
